The needs of our brothers and sisters around us are so great.Often we do not know where to start.There is a strong desire,a thirst to quench,to reach out and help others.But then we sit back and list stipulations or reasons why we shouldn't.Something could go wrong or others might think negative about us.We must remember that the Lord has asked us to feed,clothe,and aid the sick,visit the imprisoned,we are not asked to ask.We are asked to serve.
FOR I WAS HUNGRY AND YOU GAVE ME SOMETHING TO EAT.I WAS THIRSTY AND YOU GAVE ME SOMETHING TO DRINK,I WAS A STRANGER AND YOU INVITED ME IN,I NEEDED CLOTHES AND YOU CLOTHED ME,I WAS SICK AND YOU LOOKED AFTER ME,I WAS IN PRISON AND YOU CAME TO VISIT(MATTHEW 25:35-36)
