I want to share this note of condolence from my sister whose life was touched by Fr. John when her son was very seriously injured by some thugs and left for dead on the street. Needless to say - they were frantic. Fr. JOhn prayed for them and sent a note. Here is her message:
"Hi Susie, I was so sorry to hear Fr. John passed away. He was such a good man, and the prayer he sent us when Nick was hurt made a huge difference for me. To me he really showed what it means to be a true Christian, out in the world not just in church on Sundays. He and Pat are surely sitting at Gods table with Jesus right now.
