It is with great sadness that I write this. After a lengthy illness,
our Pat passed away this Tuesday at 4PM. She had been in hospice care
for several weeks. Father John was with her until the end and she was
able to say a few last words to him before dying. She was aware he was there
as was her mother.
Pat was the most generous, selfless woman
I've known. She thought of others before herself - ALWAYS. When I last
visited with her - her main concern was Linda's Hats for Hope - because the folks that rec'd them were so happy to be warm.
Reys of Hope will continue on as she wanted to make sure the important
work she was part of will continue. At her request there will be no
viewing, there will be a graveside service at Mount Holly Cemetery,
225 Ridgway St., Mount Holly, NJ 08060. I will post details as soon as
they are finalized. Everyone is welcome.
For those who would
like to send condolences to Father John and her family - please give me a
day to get all their contact info as they recently moved.
