2men
2 men were killed in a city on the same day.The first was a police officer, was shot while trying to help a family. The other a homeless Vietnam Vet who was drinking with some friends earlier that day.The whole city grieved for the policeman. He was a fine young man who cared for others and was loved by his neighborhood he served.
The second man had fought the war and returned never to be the same.A few homeless people who knew him grieved for the friend they loved and lost.But I think Jesus grieved the same for both
the scriptures John 11 :33-35 states that Jesus had wept with them even though he knew he would be raising Lazarus from the dead.
