Witnessing an act of kindness
While in the parking lot of Family Dollar in Forked River we noticed an elderly man walking. He was wearing sneaker type shoes. A young boy rode by him on a bike. The boy stopped. He talked with the man a few seconds then got off the bike and actually tied the mans shoe strings. Then hopped back on his bike and rode off. Evidently the man's shoes were not tied and he could not bend down to tie them.( I wonder if that boy was a boy scout?
